The mission of The Utah Safety Council Women in Safety Organization is to empower women in safety roles through recognition, elevation, and professional development. We are a collaborative community dedicated to their success.
Now Accepting Nominations for the 2024 Women in Safety & Health (WISH) Award.
Each year, the Utah Safety Council presents the WISH Award to a woman who:
• Contributes to Utah Safety Council's overall objective of making Utah a safer place to live and work
• Demonstrates creative excellence related to safety initiatives
• Involved in implementation of safety cultural change(s) in their workplace or industry
• Shows exceptional performance in safety as a Safety & Health role model
• Positively impacts the safety and health of their workplace, and/or industry
The award is presented at the end-of-year Women in Safety Event (scheduled for December 2024). The recipient is also honored during the Utah Safety Council’s Annual Meeting and Awards event.
