This 8-hour course provides a comprehensive safety management framework, including roles and responsibilities, for individuals in safety management positions. It serves as an excellent resource for those new to safety management, offering guidance on where to begin with a safety program. Additionally, it provides seasoned safety professionals with tools to evaluate the effectiveness of their current program.

  • Incident investigation

  • Emergency planning and exit routes overview

  • Safety committees, teams, and engagement
  • Safety training
  • Building a safety culture and gaining management buy-in
  • Communication strategies and starting points
