OSHA 10 - General Industry (In Person)

Course Time:
Day 1: 8:00am - ~3:30pm
Day 2: 8:00am - ~12:00pm

This ten-hour course covers OSHA standards for the General Industry, 29 CFR 1910. The OSHA Training Institute will issue course completion cards to each student. This is a live, instructor-led course. The first day of class goes from 8am to 3pm. The second day of class goes from 8am-12pm.

Subjects covered in this course include: an Introduction to OSHA, Walking and Working Surfaces, Fall Protection, Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Plans, Fire Protection, Electrical safety, Personal Protective Equipment, Hazard Communication with the new GHS requirements, and other safety topics.

Course also available on-site or specially arranged to be held at the Utah Safety Council's training center.
Member: $2,000 per class up to 10 participants, each additional participant $100.
Non-Member: $2,550 per class up to 10 participants, each additional participant $150.
