Upon successful completion of this course, participants receive a wallet card from the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety & Health Administration indicating they have completed the 30-hour course.
Course also available on-site or specially arranged at the Utah Safety Council’s training center.
Member: $3,600 per class up to 10 participants, each additional participant $275.
Non-Member: $4,400 per class up to 10 participants, each additional participant $320.
